Nearly 300 high schools in Texas had a 100% graduation rate, representing the highest concentration of schools with a perfect graduation rate in the country. The average graduation rate for each state is based on the 2019 graduation cohort, which comprises students who entered ninth grade in the 2015-2016 school year.
